We primarily use ground shipping services to deliver SPC flooring orders. For larger orders or specific circumstances, such as oversized items, we may utilize freight shipping. Expedited shipping options, such as overnight or 2-day delivery, may be available upon request, but additional charges will apply.

The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the purchase. Please note that additional fees, such as residential delivery surcharges or liftgate services, may apply in certain situations.

Ground shipping within the contiguous United States generally takes approximately 3-10 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or unexpected events.

Once your SPC flooring order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or a link to track your shipment. You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order, including confirmation of shipment, estimated delivery dates, and any significant updates or delays. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided contact information is accurate and up to date.
Signature Requirements:
For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery of the SPC flooring order. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact our customer service before your order is shipped. Please note that waiving the signature requirement means you accept full responsibility for the delivery of the package.
Delivery:
You may be contacted by our staff to arrange your delivery, and you may receive status updates by automated calls, emails, and/or texts. Please be aware that items may come in several shipments. The driver's discretion may be used to decide where to deposit the product, sometimes as close to the task site as is practical. You are in charge of quickly transporting the item from the curb to your house or job site.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that your SPC flooring order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To facilitate the process, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We may request additional information or documentation to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
