Eligibility and Timeframe:

To be eligible for a return or exchange of SPC flooring, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The flooring must be in its original, unused condition and properly packaged in the original packaging material.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

After 30 days, returns or exchanges may not be accepted, except in cases of warranty claims for manufacturing defects.
Return Process:

If you wish to return SPC flooring, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Provide the order details and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the SPC flooring securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and affix the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to our designated return address using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund, excluding any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Process:

- Ship the package back to our designated return address using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. Any price differences between the original and replacement product may be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Refunds:
