Warranty Coverage:

  2. We offer a limited warranty on our SPC flooring products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  1. Improper installation, including failure to follow the installation instructions provided (including but not limited to installing over wood subfloors directly on concrete, dimensional lumber or plywood over concrete, carpet, needle felt, cushion vinyl, floating floors, damaged floors, pre-existing vinyl floors, or soft floors such as additional underlayment)

  2. Improper maintenance, cleaning, or care of the SPC flooring

  3. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, indentations, or fading due to sunlight exposure

  4. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  5. Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture (including but not limited to mold, mildew, hydrostatic pressure, excessive subfloor moisture, flooding, leaking plumbing or appliances, water intrusion through sliding doors, mold presence, discoloration from mold or fungi, and not installing a moisture barrier underneath)

  6. Alterations or modifications to the SPC flooring

  7. Use of incompatible cleaning products or chemicals

  8. Damage caused by an act of God (for example natural disaster)

Warranty Claims:

  1. In the event that you believe your SPC flooring is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team within the specified warranty period. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  2. We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the claimed defect before authorizing any warranty remedies. This may involve requesting photographs, samples, or arranging for an inspection by a qualified professional.

  3. If the claim is deemed valid under the warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the defective SPC flooring product or component.

Limitations of Liability:

  1. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective SPC flooring product as described in this policy. We are not liable for any other damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the SPC flooring.

  2. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our SPC flooring products. We do not make any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in this policy.

Warranty Transfer:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the SPC flooring product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy or the warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
